Leg strengthening exercises

Jump on a box

All you have to do is to place a jump box in front of your kid and then teach him to jump on it while making sure that both feet land flat at the same time. This practice should be done 3 times a day with 20 repetitions in each turn. Once your child become flexible with the given height, you can increase the height of the box or can switch to a bench.
